All units within the complex are fitted with plumbing connections for one washing machine. However, a convenient fee-based self-service laundry facility is available on site for residents who wish to make use of it.

The laundry is managed by an independent operator, Cleanlab Laundry Services, and operates seven days a week. The facility is intended to support the laundry needs of PalmSprings residents.

Capacity:

• 3 × 9 kg LG front-loading washing machines at R50 per cycle
• 3 × 9 kg LG front-loading tumble dryers at R50 per cycle
• 4 communal washing line areas for residents’ convenience

• Additional washing lines serving the residential blocks: 06h00 to 22h00 daily

The laundry facility is operated independently by Cleanlab Laundry Services. Residents are requested to ensure that laundry areas are kept clean and tidy after use and that all personal items are removed promptly once washing or drying cycles have been completed.
