All the units in the complex are fitted with plumbing connections for 1 washing machine; however, a convenient self‑service fee based laundry facility is available on site for those that wishes or need to make use of it.

The laundry is managed by an independent operator IWash Laundry Services and operates seven days a week from 07h00 to 19h00. It is designed to support the services offered to PalmSprings residents. 

Capacity:

• 5kg top loaders x 3 at R30.- per cycle

• 12Kg top loaders x 1 at 70.- per cycle (suitable for winter blankets and duvets)

•  4 x tumbler dryers at R30.- per cycle

•  4 areas of communal washing lines are also provided for residents’ convenience.

Please note:

The laundry washing line area closes daily from 19h00 to 07h00

Washing lines servicing other residential blocks are available from 06h00 to 22h00
